Engineering and Architectural Services for Residences, School Facilities and Urban Design (11th Package) When the project is completed, there will be 59 seperate living spaces. -Preparing dimensional drawings on which present ways around the land, the route which is connected to the present ways, infrastructural (civil and electrical works) connection points and informations (these points and informations are given by related administration with an official letter and on-site monitoring are done) -Preparing layout plan -Preparing minimum 4 sections which can be appropriate for describing topographic structure on the layout plan -Preparing shopdrawings which consist of residence, education building, and social buildings, flooring plan (basement floor, ground floor and other floors) according to layout plan, sections and view) -Preparing statical, mechanical, electrical shopdrawings of the residence, education building, and social building types -Preparing landscape hardscape softscape drawings -Preparing zone lists, technical specifications, quantities, bill of quantities -Preparing visual perspective, digital and photoblock printing on site photos -Extracting the perspectives, which are prepared by Sketchup or equivalent programs, to Google Earth program and preparing .kml and .kmz extended files. -Ensuring that the architectural and engineering projects are complying with whole statutes, codes, regulations, specifications, standards and also with the code of profession and building bylaws of the related municipalities -Holding meetings, information works, correspondences, following and coordinating the works to ensure the coordination with project works executed through different profession areas
